Computer Control System Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer

HMG series ethylene oxide sterilizer is equipped with computer automatic sterilization control system, manufactured according to EN1422 standard, and meets the requirements of ISO11135-1:2007.
    The specific functions of each component:
    The sterilization cabinet with all stainless steel sterilization interior and stainless steel outer canopy (optional automatic sliding door safety grating).
    Vacuum system: pre-vacuum, pre-vacuum before adding EO, cleaning and ventilation after sterilization.
    Stainless steel electric heating water tank (optional steam heating) and hot water circulation system: hexahedral heating in the sterilization chamber, pretreatment of sterilized items, and thermal sterilization.
    EO gasification and automatic dosing system: equipped with spacer insulation type adding EO pipeline.
    Equipped with high-efficiency filter during ventilation (optionally equipped with air-exchange heating system)
    Automatic steam generator and automatic humidification system.
    Pneumatic system and automatic door opening and closing device (control valve automatic opening and closing, automatic sliding door opening and closing, door automatic locking and interlocking, door automatic sealing)
    Computer control system
    1. EVOC brand original host, WINDOWS 7 operating system (compatible with XP)
    2. Permission password setting: sterilization process flow and process parameters, sterilization parameters and trend graph detection, control, recording, printing, storage, real-time query, etc. The data storage time is more than 10 years.
    3. Automatic alarm and automatic safety alarm of process parameters, equipped with sound and light alarms, and targeted text prompts are displayed in the alarm box of the operation interface. Overpressure, ultrahigh temperature automatic safety alarm and the sterilizer automatically stops running.
    4. Chinese and English sterilization program software has complete functions, which can meet the needs of different users at home and abroad for ethylene oxide sterilization process.
